Is it possible to backup just my emails?

There isn't a direct option in cPanel to backup all email accounts collectively. However, you can perform a full cPanel backup which includes email data. Alternatively, individual email accounts can be backed up by connecting them through an IMAP or POP3 client, like Outlook or Thunderbird, and downloading the emails locally.

Good to Know: Email backups can be sizable, especially with multiple users. Consider the volume and allow time for the backup process.
