Yes, you can download backups to your local computer from cPanel. If you created a full account backup from the Files > Backup option in cPanel, simply click on the Download a Full Account Backup button. If you have an older backup, it should be listed on the next page. Alternatively, you can download full account backups from your home directory by going to File Manager > /home/username
, where username is your cPanel account username.
